You are invited to the In-Person Annual Meeting for 2025

This meeting will determine the annual budget and projects for this upcoming year. If we do not achieve a quorum (1/3 of the community) another meeting will have to be scheduled and all projects placed on hold. Each meeting requires printing and mailing expenses along with valuable volunteer time.

PVHA Annual Meeting is held in the spring of every year, generally in May.
This year’s annual meeting will be In Person at Westwood Community Church or dial-in using Google Meet (see above for the link)
All PVHA lot owners are requested to attend. One-third (1/3) of the members will constitute a quorum. A proxy form is available for those who cannot attend.
